In lake Lentiira, the ice-fishing season is at its best in March when the days get a little longer with the dazzling sun. During whole season you can expect to catch at least perch, pike and zander.
Bourbot attracts enthusiasts to the ice at nightfall in January and February. During Easter holidays, ice-fishing competitions are organized in Lentiiranjärvi and nearby Rahajärvi, in which the whole family can participate.
Do not forget the short period of nebulosa appearing on the snow in early April. That is when many fly-fishermen start the season in the nearby rapids.
